Play Area For The Woofa's & An Auction On The Go Ect..
Busy as always at The Sanctuary...
The house woofas have another play area, the biggest one, being upgraded this Saturday and it will be half slabbed to make it an all weather surface as it is a bit boggy ATM with the record rain falls. The other half will be re seeded in the spring. So the £500 for slabs and a little labour has come from the SOS HAVEN fees and will give the 13 dogs that use this space a much more fun place to play!
We have goodies in bound for the woofas ....Joy is picking up bedding and all sorts of goodies from a great friend of the sanctuary on Friday...thank you as always. We have a horse trailer load of duvets on their way on Monday kindly donated by Sandra Umfreville - thank you very much, the dogs can get through a lot of duvets and they are nice and cozy for them as the weather is a bit nippier now. Big thank you from the dogs x
If you have anything to spare we will soon have a list of donated items we need on the website but duvets, treats, toys and food are always in demand here with 150 animals and any donations are always very gratefully received!
We currently have an auction on the go on our fundraising page and we are shouting out for donated items for that. There are loads of great goodies already so please join the group and have a look. Auctions are fabulous fun and you get to bag a bargain whilst raising much needed funds for us....The funds raised from this auction will go towards the Pocket Money Gangs neutering.
